I am pleased to inform you that our 11th Vietnam - Japan Joint Seminar will be held in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) in the coming March

The 11th VIETNAM - JAPAN JOINT SEMINAR

On Collaboration in Advanced Sciences and Technology

Date:    March 2-3, 2013

Place:   University of Science, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City

Participants:

From Japan: members of KIT, Japan

From Vietnam: participants from institutions attended previous joint seminars; new participants are also welcomed

Registration for participant deadline: Feb 15th, 2013

Abstract submission deadline: Feb 15th, 2013

Abstract preparation: an extended abstract is required for a participant who would like to give a presentation at the seminar. The extended abstract should consist of a title, authors' names, affiliation, email addresses, an approximately 200-word short abstract and a text body describing the work in more details. However, the total length of the extended abstracts should not exceed 2 double-column pages. They should be in English. Please use A4 paper (210 x 297 mm). Other Aspects (Font, size etc.): optional. The abstract has to be sent by email to the seminar secretary in both word and pdf formats.
